Product Training

For nearly two decades, Q-Wire's staff members have been engaged in ground breaking projects throughout our region. Our training team is composed of individuals with many diverse talents. They rank among the top in their field and enjoy problem solving, are passionate about the technology and communicate with clarity.

Our technology training expertise includes telecommunication (Wireless and Wireline), IT, Systems and software and IP Surveillance.

Our product training courses are taught throughout the year and upon customer request. Course will typically consists of a theoretical section and lab section and can be taught at the customer's site using their equipment or equipment provided by Q-Wire Technologies. We also offer training at our own training facility.

Our theoretical training is part of the test and measurement product training. Customers have the option to select the following classes:

IXIA Equipment Training:

  • IxLoad Fundamentals including but not limited to; VoIP, Video, Internet, Infrastructure and Wireless (3GPP packet core)
  • IxAttack(Security Testing) Fundamentals including but not limeted to DDoS attacks, IPsec encryption, Authentication.
  • IxNetwork Fundamentals including but not limited to IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, VLAN,VPN, VPLS, Multicast, Ethernet
  • IxChariot Fundamentals including but not limited to Virtualizacion, Triple Play, VoIP, WLAN and L7 protocols

Agilent Solutions Training:

  • Spectrum Analyzer include Modulation Techniques, RF Spectrum Analysis, Spectrum Management, Monitoring and Measurements Systems
  • Signal Generators
  • UMTS/HSPA/HDPA Fundamentals
  • 4G LTE Fundamentals

JDSU Solutions Training:

  • Signalling and Protocol Analyzers: IPv6 fundamentals, or OSS/BSS fundamentals or Ethernet Fundamentals
  • Drive Test Solutions: GSM/GPRS/EDGE Fundamentals, or UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA fundamentals, or HSPA+ Fundamentals, or 4G LTE Fundamentals, or WiMAX fundamentals
  • Fiber Inspection kit/ OMP analyzers: Fiber Optic Fundamentals
